At 11h00 am, Dominique Tailliez gives us the sad news of Philippe
Tailliez’s death. He was the President of Honor and the founder
of our organisation. At ninety seven years old, the one who guided
us through our first steps in archaeology and served as our role model
passed away. We have a thought for his family and all those who have
known him and have been touched by his humanity and vision.
We will always remember him as one of the pioneers in scuba diving
and the « batyscaphes » adventure. His friends and family
will always remember his modesty, his attentive nature.
