It is the end of the underwater activities of the training school and the occasion is marked by the presentation of the certificates to the participants.

Our guest of honour is Mrs. Khalida Toumi, the Minister for the Culture, who kindly hands over the certificates to the trainees.
The day is torrid with not even a slight breeze.

Trainees, instructors and sailors thus embark in Algiers on board the Surveillant to go to Tamentfoust where the officials await us under two tents installed on the quay.

After three fifteen minutes of crossings on two RIBs of the Navy, we were all on land. On the quay, the minister, her principal private secretary, the chiefs of the Management of Cultural Heritage, Mr. Betrouni and Mrs. Zadem, Mr. Mohamed Dahmani, director of the Agency of Archaeology, the deputy manager of the coastguards, and his chief of staff and the journalists of several television stations await us.

Each trainee and instructor is presented to the Minister who underlines the interest of her Ministry in this training course.
She then gives a certificate to each trainee of training course.
After which the press carries out a series of interviews with the Minister and the trainees.

Of return on the quay of the commercial port of Algiers, it is necessary to unload all our material to take it to the citadel before being handed over to our forwarding agent.
