During the night a violent wind blew across the heights of Algiers and in the early morning, Bouzarea is wrapped by a thick cloud of fog.

Two groups are formed and go down downtown to the ministry to regulate the last administrative formalities. In Algiers, a cybercafé is used as the access point for the Internet and this makes it possible to transmit the log book to Sebastien Eon, the webmaster of the GRAN.
Arnaud de la Roche sends the large amounts of documents found in the archives of Simancas in Spain and particularly those which relate to the attack of Charles V on Algiers in 1541.

The trainees then visit the city, its sea front and citadel, guided by Yassin Ouageni, the architect in charge of the restoration project of the Deys palace. They also visit the bastion number 23 which shelters the Centre of Arts and the Culture Raïs palace. There they meet the director Mr. Boukacem who proposes his logistical support for the classes being given during this course.
